According to the requirements of Law no. 677/2001 on the protection of individuals regarding the processing of personal data and on the free circulation of these data, amended and supplemented, and of Law no. 506/2004 on the processing of personal data and the protection of privacy in the electronic communications sector, SC SPORT PSY 1 SRL has the obligation to manage safely and only for the specified purposes the personal data you provide us about you, about a member of your family or another person, by completing the following fields in the online form: full name (name and last name), e-mail address, phone number.

The data is collected for the purpose of supplying goods and services, advertising, statistics and marketing.

You are not forced to provide the data. Your refusal, however, determines the impossibility of carrying out activities for the above-mentioned purposes. The registered information is intended to be used by SC SPORT PSY 1 directly in the projects it runs, as well as in the relationship with its partners, which can be consulted on our website on the "Partners" page.

According to Law no. 677/2001, you have the right to access and interfere with the data, the right to not be subject to an individual decision and the right to address to the court of justice. At the same time, you have the right to oppose to the processing of your personal data and to request the deletion of it. To exercise these rights, you can address us with a written request, dated and signed at the email address: contact.sportpsy1@gmail.com. Also, your right to address to the court of justice is recognized.

If any of your data is incorrect, please inform us as soon as possible.

Observation:

• everyone has the right to oppose, for legitimate reasons, to the processing of data concerning them. This right of opposition may be excluded for certain processing provided by law (processing by financial and fiscal services, police, justice, social security). Therefore, this mention can not be made if the processing is mandatory;
• everyone, also, has the right to oppose, free of charge and without any justification, to the processing of his personal data for direct marketing purposes.
